With more than 20 years of experience in engineering, data, and large-scale integration systems, Matt has developed deep expertise in distributed architecture, platform connectivity, and high-volume transactional systems. Over the past 4+ years at Optty, he has led the core integration and orchestration technology that underpins the platform — designing scalable infrastructure that standardises how alternative payment methods connect globally across retailers, e-commerce platforms, PSPs, and payment ecosystems.

Lincoln brings over 13 years of specialised expertise in the payments, e-commerce, and fraud prevention landscapes. Having spearheaded initiatives for several of the world’s most prestigious brands, he possesses a sophisticated understanding of the global financial ecosystem. Lincoln is dedicated to delivering market-leading solutions and fostering strategic alliances that drive long-term growth for his diverse portfolio of innovative partners.

Rahul brings seven years of financial and corporate experience across a prominent financial services group and a top Australian accounting firm. Leveraging this deep background in business services, tax and financial management, Rahul applies his expertise to drive fiscal oversight within Optty's rapidly evolving global payments ecosystem.

With more than 21 years of experience across banking, liquidity, and payments, Snigdha has developed deep expertise in transaction banking operations, payment ecosystems, and product innovation. After 17 years at HSBC Global Liquidity Solutions, she joined Optty 3 years ago and now leads payment product strategy as Senior Product Owner. Her focus is on shaping scalable, partner-driven payment solutions that simplify integration, support global payment connectivity, and enable merchants to adapt quickly to the evolving payments landscape.

Alan is the founder of Cash Flow Story, a platform helping business owners, advisors and banks understand the numbers that matter. He also founded InMatrix, which became a global standard for financial management across businesses, accounting firms and banks worldwide. Alan is a co-author of the global best-selling book by Verne Harnish, Scaling Up.

Tom is the Chief Investment Officer of a prominent Australian family office with exposure across a multitude of asset classes. He has served as a director on several private company boards including Oroton Group, and was previously an Investment Director at Tanarra Capital, co-managing the firm's private equity mid-market division.

Marie Elise is the Chief Revenue Officer of EBANX, a fintech unicorn and the leading cross-border payments platform for emerging markets. Previously she was SVP Head of Fintech Partnerships at Visa, where she led global sales and GTM strategy, and SVP Head of Growth and Business Transformation at Western Union, where she built and managed the global enterprise sales function.

Faisal is the Deputy Chairman of Asyad Holdings Group and CEO of its private equity division, where he sits on the Group's investment committee. He represents Asyad on the boards of a number of Middle Eastern and global companies, bringing sovereign capital perspective and a deep network across Gulf Cooperation Council markets.
